Universal sliders work best on tarmac. That’s because tarmac surfaces are harder than off-road surfaces, where the slider would just dig in. This causes a single point of contact to possibly flip the motorbike during a crash. A universal slider on tarmac, on the other hand, let’s your bike slide to a stop while absorbing the impact of the crash, saving the most vulnerable parts of your bike from excessive damage.
When the slider allows the bike to slide, it also prevents the violent flipping of the bike, which works towards minimizing the damage to the rider as well.
Universal Slider features:
- Prevent cracked or broken engine casing
- Smaller crashes hardly leave any visible or impact damage
- Make provision for the rider to slide away from the crash
- In a slow speed fall, you can just pick up the bike and continue riding
- Less obtrusive protection option than a cage or crash bars.
- Made from CNC with Delrin outer cover
- Can be mounted directly
